Terms of Service

Effective 10 October 2026

By installing or using Discountly:All in one Discount, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of the Shopify store you administer. Discountly:All in one Discount is operated by SRH Web Agency ( discountly.srhwebagency.com).

1. Agreement

These terms govern access to and use of Discountly:All in one Discount, including the embedded Shopify Admin experience, discount Functions, and optional Theme App Extension widgets. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

2. The service

Discountly:All in one Discount helps merchants create and manage discount campaigns (automatic and code discounts) using Shopify Functions, and optionally display offer information on the Online Store via Theme App Extension blocks. It does not create shopper accounts and is not a payment processor or Shopify substitute.

3. Eligibility

You must have authority to install apps on the Shopify store and to bind that store to these terms. You must comply with Shopify’s terms and applicable law.

4. Billing

Discountly:All in one Discount is offered on paid subscription plans only for production merchant stores. There is no free trial. Current plans: Standard at $14.99 every 30 days (intended for Shopify Basic and Grow/Shopify), and Advanced at $24.99 every 30 days (intended for Shopify Advanced and Plus, including customer eligibility and market/country conditions). Prices appear in the Shopify Admin billing / app charge flow before you approve a charge. Charges are processed by Shopify. You can cancel by uninstalling the app or managing the charge in Shopify’s billing tools.

Refunds. Subscription payments are collected and settled through Shopify, not by us directly. We do not offer a separate refund or money-back guarantee outside Shopify’s app billing policies. If you believe you were charged in error, contact Shopify Support about the charge and email sohilhunani11@gmail.com so we can help investigate; any refund or credit is issued only through Shopify’s billing tools. Uninstalling cancels the Shopify subscription under Shopify’s rules and does not by itself refund a charge already billed.

Shopify Partner / development stores flagged as partnerDevelopment are free and fully unlocked for testing (no paywall). If your Shopify plan changes, the app may recommend switching your subscription — it will not silently change the charge. We may update plan prices with notice through the app or Shopify billing when required.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not abuse APIs, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service
  • Do not use the app to create deceptive, illegal, or prohibited discount schemes under Shopify or applicable law
  • Do not reverse engineer or resell the app except as allowed by law

6. Merchant responsibilities

  • You are responsible for how you configure and use campaigns, including discount stacking, eligibility, and storefront messaging.
  • You authorize Discountly:All in one Discount to access your store via the Shopify Admin API using the granted scopes: write_discounts, read_products, read_orders.
  • You remain responsible for tax, pricing accuracy, and consumer protection obligations for your storefront.

7. Data and privacy

Use of Discountly:All in one Discount is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Merchant authentication and campaign data are stored in shop-scoped records. Mandatory Shopify privacy webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact) and uninstall handling are part of App Store compliance.

8. Availability and support

We aim to keep Discountly:All in one Discount available but do not promise uninterrupted service. The embedded admin and webhook endpoints run on Hostinger (Node.js) and data is stored in Supabase PostgreSQL. Discount calculation at checkout runs in Shopify Functions on Shopify’s infrastructure, and storefront widgets depend on your theme and on you enabling the Theme App Extension blocks. Outages or changes at Shopify, Hostinger, or Supabase may affect the service.

Support is provided by email at sohilhunani11@gmail.com and through the in-app Contact page after install. We do not guarantee response times. Shopify cannot provide Discountly:All in one Discount product support on our behalf. We may perform maintenance or update the service, and will try to avoid disruption where practical.

9. Intellectual property

SRH Web Agency and its licensors own Discountly:All in one Discount, including software, branding, and documentation. You retain rights to your store content and catalog. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

10. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, that every discount configuration will match your commercial expectations, or that Shopify platform changes will never affect Functions or Admin APIs.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SRH Web Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for lost sales arising from discount misconfiguration, theme issues, or Shopify platform outages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the app is limited to the fees you paid to us for the app in the three months before the claim (or zero if the app was free).

12. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify SRH Web Agency against claims arising from your misuse of the app, your storefront content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using Discountly:All in one Discount by uninstalling it from Shopify Admin. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, or material breach of these terms. After termination, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes

We may update features, scopes, or these terms. Material changes should be communicated through the app or support channels when practical. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.

15. General

These terms are the agreement for the hosted Discountly:All in one Discount app and do not create a partnership or employment relationship. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a sale or transfer of the app. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.

Governing law is the law of the jurisdiction where SRH Web Agency is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer or merchant protection law in your country provides otherwise. Your agreement with Shopify is separate and governed by Shopify’s terms.
